Beta Test Agreement

This Beta Test Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Redline Cams (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the individual or entity (“Tester,” “you”) participating in our beta testing program (“Beta Program”). By participating, you agree to all terms listed below.

1. Purpose of Beta Program

The Beta Program allows selected testers to evaluate pre-release, prototype, or experimental products (“Beta Products”) and provide performance and durability feedback.

2. Payment Requirement

If you are selected for the Beta Program:

• You must submit payment of $800 within 5 days of being chosen.

• Failure to pay within 5 days results in automatic removal from the Beta Program.

• Financing options are available AT CHECKOUT.

3. Mandatory Video Documentation

All testers must record and submit video footage showing:

• Installation and setup,

• Valve-train operation (including idle and load conditions),

• Any noises, behavior, or issues,

• Post-break-in performance, and

• Any relevant adjustments made to the engine or components.

Videos must be sent directly to Redline Cams through the preferred submission method we provide.

Failure to submit video documentation may result in removal from the program and loss of tester eligibility for future products.

4. Required Modifications for 22R/22RE Engines

For Toyota 20R/22R/22RE Beta Products:

• You must modify or adjust the oil baffle located under the valve cover to ensure proper clearance and lubrication. ( STOCK 20R BAFFLES WILL WORK)

• You acknowledge that failure to perform this modification can result in noise, interference, lubrication issues, or component damage.

• You agree to provide video or photo proof of the completed modification if requested.

5. Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality

All Beta Products, specifications, communications, and related materials are confidential.
You agree not to disclose, post, or publish any information, photos, or videos publicly unless Redline Cams provides written approval.

6. Beta Status & No Warranty

Beta Products may be incomplete or experimental and are provided “AS IS” without warranty, express or implied.

You understand Beta Products:

• May fail,

• May wear faster than production parts,

• May not reflect final design,

• May require tuning or adjustment.

Use is entirely at your own risk.

7. Tester Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Install and operate the Beta Product correctly,

• Follow all provided instructions,

• Submit required feedback, videos, and reports,

• Avoid modifying the product unless instructed,

• Use the product only for its intended engine and purpose.

8. Feedback Ownership

All feedback, videos, data, images, performance results, and suggestions become the property of Redline Cams.
We may use them for product development, marketing, or research without compensation.

9. Liability Release

You acknowledge that testing prototype parts involves mechanical risk, including but not limited to:

• Engine failure,

• Component wear or breakage,

• Vehicle downtime,

• Tuning and labor expenses.

By participating, you release and hold harmless Redline Cams from all liability related to your use of the Beta Product.

10. No Resale

Beta Products cannot be sold, transferred, or given away to any third party.
If we require the return of the Beta Product, you must comply promptly.

11. Termination

Redline Cams may terminate your participation at any time.
Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By paying the Beta Program fee, installing the Beta Product, or participating in testing, you confirm that:

• You understand and accept all terms,

• You agree to mandatory video submission,

• You acknowledge required modifications (22R/22RE where applicable),

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with testing.
