Red Line's current lineup includes roller camshaft conversions up to the 318 profile, built around the company's proprietary roller rocker system.
Unlike other aftermarket cylinder heads, this is a completely new casting produced by Toyota's original OEM cylinder head manufacturer using the original Toyota casting molds.
 
Many aftermarket cylinder heads are reverse engineered from worn factory castings, but Red Line Engine Builders offers a casting manufactured from the original tooling to deliver OEM-quality fit, superior casting integrity, and exceptional durability.

Every Race Series cylinder head is assembled using Ferrea one-piece stainless steel intake and exhaust valves, providing exceptional strength, superior heat resistance, and outstanding durability during sustained high-RPM operation.
 
Each valve is precision ground and hand lapped during assembly to maximize valve-to-seat contact, improving compression, combustion efficiency, sealing, and heat transfer.
 
The Race Series utilizes high-performance bronze valve guides, offering superior lubrication characteristics, improved heat transfer, reduced valve stem wear, and excellent valve stability under extreme operating conditions.
 
Valve control is provided by 135 lb dual valve springs, delivering the stability required for aggressive camshaft profiles, increased lift, and higher engine speeds while maintaining long-term reliability.

Premium Valve Seat Materials
The valve seat's primary job is to transfer heat from the valve into the cylinder head, helping prevent burned valves, valve seat recession, and premature wear.

Intake valve seats are manufactured from a high-strength iron and chromium alloy treated with magnesium, allowing them to work harden during service while providing excellent heat transfer and wear resistance.
 
Exhaust valve seats are manufactured from premium 410 stainless steel, providing exceptional resistance to high exhaust temperatures while maintaining outstanding sealing characteristics throughout the life of the engine.

Race Port & Polish
Every Race Series cylinder head receives Red Line's most aggressive Race Port & Polish program.
Each intake and exhaust runner is carefully reshaped to maximize airflow throughout the entire lift curve. The intake and exhaust bowls are extensively blended, the short-side radius is optimized, valve guide bosses are streamlined, casting imperfections are removed, and every port is hand finished to produce consistent airflow from cylinder to cylinder.
 
The combustion chambers are carefully blended to improve flame travel while maintaining proper chamber volume and quench characteristics.
 
The result is significantly increased airflow, improved volumetric efficiency, stronger high-RPM horsepower, and maximum performance when paired with Red Line's most aggressive roller camshaft profiles.
