Redline Cams – Return & Cancellation Policy

At Redline Cams, every camshaft is precision-ground and built to order. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Pre-Orders

• All pre-orders are final.

• Cancellations are NOT allowed once a pre-order has been placed.

• No refunds will be issued for pre-ordered camshafts under any circumstance.

Standard Camshaft Orders

• Returns may be accepted only with prior approval from Redline Cams.

• All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee based on the total camshaft cost.

• Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

• Installed or used camshafts

• Custom-ground camshafts

• Pre-order items

• Damaged parts due to improper installation, lack of lubrication, or valvetrain failure

Return Authorization Required

• Any return sent without prior authorization will be refused.

• To request a return, contact Redline Cams before shipping any product back.
