The Vortex 234 Street Venom is the bite your Small Block Ford’s been waiting for — a sharp, aggressive street/strip cam that blends top-end pull with venomous midrange torque and an unmistakable lope.

With 234°/234° duration @ .050", this grind is designed to push high-flow heads and free-breathing exhaust systems to their full potential. The Street Venom’s symmetrical lobes deliver explosive throttle response and clean overlap for crisp scavenging and power through 6,800+ RPM.

Available in 110° and 112° LSA (installed 4° advanced), it gives builders the choice between an aggressive, race-inspired idle or smoother EFI-compatible performance — without sacrificing that trademark Vortex attitude.

Pushrods: Hardened chromoly 5/16" or 3/8" wall

Lifters: Hydraulic roller lifters (RETROFIT-ROLLER tie-bar performance style)

Rocker Arms: 1.6:1 roller rockers recommended; 1.7 optional for additional lift

Valve Seals & Guides: Positive seals with .560"+ clearance minimum

Converter Stall: 3000–3400 RPM

Rear Gear: 3.73–4.11

Character: Hard launch, race-like idle, sharp throttle hit
